ANYWAY!

This is Sethesh. Have some info.

Sethesh

Sethesh was the first of the seahorses of the deep oceans to be selected and transformed into a Shilunera. The Guardian Sethanus saw extraordinary potential in him, and promptly sent his apprentice Shilunera into the wide and vast oceans in search of hidden mysteries and long-forgotten knowledge. Over countless centuries, Sethesh grew in power and knowledge, becoming a formidable practitioner of the magical arts, a talented healer, and much more. He travelled the underwater world time and time again, studying and documenting, and occasionally combating threats to the precious balance of Navras.

It wasn't until his master started to show signs of irrational behaviour that Sethesh's destiny would unfold before him. Sethanus became a recluse; paranoid and obsessed with the resurgence of a supposed god of chaos and darkness, and Sethesh grew more worried with each passing day. But for all his knowledge and skills, the seahorse was unable to determine the cause of the illness that had afflicted his beloved master. Desperate to find an answer and at the end of his wits, Sethesh only saw one option available to him.

He delved deep into the dark arts of forbidden magic in search of an answer to his master's affliction, hoping that by consulting magic as foul and dark as the illness itself would grant him the revelation he sought. He ignored the countless warnings riddling the ancient tomes and manuscripts, instead pressing on to find a way to cure his master.

One fateful night, Sethesh set out to cast a spell over the Guardian in the hopes of being able to cure the illness. Sethanus, sensing the dark magic in his domain, lashed out at his Shilunera, and the result was terrible; Sethesh was hit by the backlash of the Guardian's rage, and the spell was destroyed. But as with all dark magic, every spell, whether successful or not, came with a price, and so the foul spell proceeded to afflict Sethesh with a permanent skull-like marking, a reminder of the darkness he had dabbled in and was now entrenched within his very soul.

Furious with his apprentice and sensing he had become corrupt and impure, Sethanus ordered him executed in front of the council of Guardians. Before his will could come to pass, however, Akela stepped forward and denied Sethanus his wish, instead opting to banish the seahorse. When the other Guardians joined Akela in his decision, Sethanus begrudingly gave in and allowed his former Shilunera to live in exile.

Heartbroken and without a purpose, Sethesh collected what things he could and fled the sea serpent's domain. But before he could set off on his aimless journey, Akela confronted him. While he was disappointed in the seahorse's decision to turn to the darkness for help, he understood that it had been fuelled by good intentions. He agreed that Sethanus had been growing increasingly erratic, and the other Guardians would look into the matter. He could, however, not undo the seahorse's exile.

But he could lead him into the direction of others who could help him. And so, he pointed the seahorse towards the quiet coastal town of New Dawn Haven...

DISCLAIMER: No wuskles were hurt in the making of this picture. But one of them almost certainly got eaten by a seahorse. 99.9% sure.
