I think this might be my first out-and-out piece of fanart unconnected to any art trade, direct suggestion or comic cameo.
patchesnamaki's "Eve", I find an interesting character. Mostly for her ability to retain an air of innocence about her despite being frequently confronted by regular doses of high-level debauchery :).
In any case, this pic was inspired by one of P-N's recent pics depicting her as a kung-fu fighter, where within the comments it was suggested that she could look cute even holding a bloody hatchet. Well, I thought, if she can look cute holding a bloody hatchet, could she pull it off holding a huge bloody axe of the relieve-several-zombies-of-their-heads-at-once variety. I leave it to your imagination as to who or what met their end with that blade. The important part is that she still looks cute holding that oversized instrument of death. She might have even retained that cuteness if she too were spattered with blood (after all, hacking someone to death is a rather messy exercise), but I chose not to carry it that far :) I couldn't decide on a backdrop, so late one night I dropped in a reflective floor texture and airbrushed around her outline to produce the look of an animation cel.
Technical:
--Most of the pencils were done in the Zoo at Anthrocon '08 while listening to "Every Word", by Ercola and Daniella (Wendell Kos edit).
--This image differs considerably from the original pencils I did in the Zoo. For one, the original head was much more feline in appearance and the facial features were centered on the head (in the source depictions, they are more toward the bottom of the head). I digitally added the ballerina flats on her feet to increase the 'cuteness' factor, redrew the "ox horns" hairdo, lengthened the ponytails and bangs, corrected the glasses, widened the muzzle, lowered her ears (twice), rounded out her cheek ruffs and adjusted the position of her right arm, which is supposed to be holding down the end of the axe handle just behind her back.
Staedler pigment marker inked pencils, Micrografx Picture Publisher for the digital color.

AWWWW! Thank you so much for the gift art! This was a pleasant surprise. She looks great you even got her fur pattern down! Just a note her figure is a bit more 'pear shape' with wider hips and her bust is about a full cup smaller *winks* then again I really need to do a character sheet for her.
This is so great! I draw Eve in alot of kinky/naughty situations that her personality/character wouldn't really put her in. Now she is kinky but doesn't like to admit it and she is a bit naive at times. You honestly did an AMAZING job with this.
