The gags use the notion that buffets tend to just charge for admission and special drinks than by the amount of food eaten. They make a profit by charging more for a buffet because most "normal" customers won't be able to eat that much food to eliminate that profit...until you have a lovely fatass like her stuff themselves silly and eat up the profit margin, literally.
