The latest request list i finished from a long time ago. I don't really have a lot to say on this besides what i was trying to portray.
1. Yes the scarf is supposed to be the 4th doctor's I know it doesn't look that much like it but this is also my first time drawing anything related to Dr. Who
2. As far as the bear in the bottom left corner is concerned...*sigh* those are supposed to be scales but i had difficulty drawing and coloring them x'D
