So I've been wanting a persona (fursona) for a while, so here he (I?) am I guess! I'm a silver dragon with cyan hair that fades to light blue before turning royal blue down his tail. He's got a tail fluff to better molest you with :p
He's got simple glowy lines on his arms and legs which have different functions depending on the setting. For fantasy, the lines are focus lines to help concentrate spellcasting, for they're lined on main limbs to represent action, a function reflected in what spells are meant to do. They glow brighter the more powerful spell he tries to cast.
For sci-fi, I guess they're just cool glowing marks, haha, and in normal present-time he wouldn't have them.
