I miss your art around here!

I saw this on your print store while FA was down and I was eager to see it here, it's really eye-watching! you did a great job with the low light resource managing the dramatic-ness :V

Thank you! The beauty of low light is that you can handle it however you want, so long as it looks cool.

Hmm… now that I think of it, that's the rule for handling almost everything in art!

oh by the way, the shape you gave to the wings, is this how you do bat-like wings? I've seen you did this in another submission but you don't have many dragons in your gallery to confirm >:V

Yeah! I don't often do dragons, so when I want interesting shapes in the wings, I normally base them off a chunkier version of the joints found in bats. I'm especially apt to do this with any wings that are too small to physically support a body.

aw I was expecting an Illuminati explanation because of the triangle shape :v

it makes me feel so pitiful and puts me in such a state of awe. it's not a bad thing, it pushes me to get better, to go into this wholly different dimension of art you've achieved. that's my goal as an artist, i guess it's the road as far as i can see. who knows what comes beyond that.
now, round 2, to go over everything i saved again and make studies in order to follow that goal!
