Some of these characters may look familiar to those who follow my work. These are the absolute final designs for the main cast of The Chronicles of Ademar.

Specifically, this is Buckley, the rogue protector from another kingdom who fights alongside Lily throughout the book.

I won't say anything else here about character personalities or their role in the story. You'll just have to wait for the book to find out more about that, won't you? ;)

All of these images are finished in ink wash and watercolors. Nothing digital here, baby! The actual comic will be done in the same way and will look identical to the style presented here. Sort of a cel-shaded traditional ink wash palette.
