One of my most favorite movies of my childhood (next to Flight of Dragons). I spent a loooong time trying to get The Last Unicorn's art style down, I really wanted to make sure she looked as close to the movie as possible.
It was REALLY hard to imitate this style, but it was fun.

Thank you! ^///^ It's really a shame they don't make any animated films like these anymore. Everything, down to the last pebble, was detailed and just a wonder to look at.
I think they really went far to make the unicorns as dainty and beautiful as possible. This movie's probably the reason why I'm so picky about what kind of unicorn pictures I like. XD

Pans Labyrinth was excellent I agree, Guillermo del toro is a great director. The only other movie I can think of that's come out recently that really floored me was Children of Men, aside from that nothing. The whole industry's just in safe mode while this stupid recession's running it's course :[ .
