So I know one thing I need to do to get back in the game and stay there with my art is to do many MANY more sketches, doodles, studies, gestures and what not. I also need to practice working without getting emotionally upset.
In a miraculous turn of events I actually had the ability to draw today at work. There's nothing like drawing live animals who shift and move and just do not stay still to completely piss off the part of me that wants something easy.
This was a good exercise in "getting the fuck over it" and pushing through.
Those numbers are there to help me see progression and change. As I work. I can kinda see how I and the sketches progress and change as I loosen up, open up my mind, shut up my worry and just do.
