After two weeks of working on improving certain skills in my art class and drawing the same thing repetitively, our teacher let us do a free draw as an in class assignment for this week ^_^ especially since it's right before fall break. I spent about three days working on this in my art class as well as in between classes/whenever I had some free time.

Overall I am super pleased with how this turned out ^^ Actually kind of surprised xD For a while, though, I almost thought it wouldn't be accepted because it was done in a much smaller sketchbook than my other one...and we were required to do a full page. however, my teacher said if I maintained the detail I was already putting into it, it would count ^^

Not too many complaints on this. I really like how the face especially turned out. I wanted to make it so that the face, back, tail, grass, and leaves were the main focus of the piece. The rest was supposed to have a more...blurred effect I guess? Anyhow, you can see how that went xP Other than that, though, I am pleased ^^
