This is Umeko's brother Skyiler the second, and the one that was supposed to become the king of the moon, but he got captured by Azarumouda and was tortured intensely.
In the war against Azarumouda to save his sister from the dark lord's claws, Skyiler jumped in and took the blow, Umeko seeing this rages and becomes Akuma, then she fights Azarumouda head on until he falls down.

Yeah Umeko's brother did not make it so Umeko is the only heir to the throne.

Skyiler is a user of lightning and speed, his fur is white with green stripes, ocean blue/green hair, green eyes, white and green wings and grey arms and legs. He has three tails instead of two as he is reaching his 130 moon years, he'd have four tails by 140 if he made it alive.
