Here we can see the wild danny hunting down his primary prey, the soft glazed chocolate cake with white chocolate sprinkles... while usualy easy going and calm the wild danny should not be underestimated as dispite his heavy looking body he can reach enourmous speed and agility when sweet desserts are involved... the shocked chocolate cake, frozen in fear, stands no chance against the mighty predator and is devoured within minutes...
This dear nature lovers once again shows the might and grace of the big danny and that the cake is not always a lie...
Hehe i don't know how i got that idea but it seemed funny enough to try it... i also try myself with wings again, i usualy leave them out for artistic reasons as they often cover too much
PS: to those "worrying" that dannys primary shape may have become fat no need to worry, the fatty shape is just something i like to use often and can change pretty much instantly between sizes

... I should start slathering myself with chocolate more. Or atleast, some areas... anywho.
I personally like it wings_on. It adds even more bits of humor that they can't really do anything. Though I suppose sometimes they just 'get in the way', like Minnie's tusks...

Wah! I was trying to comment on this since yesterday but I've been having computer trouble. Anyways, I think it's hilarious.
I think I've already gone over the general parts of your work I think you do very well, so I'll try to stay specific to this image. First, I really like the grass here, especially combined with the shadow. I can't imagine how hard it was to do the individual blades like that, but I think it turned out very well. The part where the grass was kicked up is good too, the blurring effect is a good way to show motion (that goes for the grass and the dragon as well).
A few other things I thought you did well: the hair has a very cool sheen to it, and I'm impressed with the details because you can practically pick out the individual strands. Also because you talked about varying your outlines here I think you do that very well, having little or no outline on the inner curves and them more prominent ones on the outside looks very good. Finally, a note about the wings: they made me laugh. ^^ Really, I don't think it's something you need to include in all of your work because I can see how they would get in the way, but for a comical image like this I think they just add more humor.
Finally, you made a cake look terrified, and that is just excellent. Thanks for sharing!

Hehe i love your comments, ya know that? ^..^
Well you maybe gave me a bit too much cradit for the grass, it's actually a pjotoshop brush-effect that can create grass witha few mouse strokes but adding a little shading and blurring helps improving the effects... but carefull, blurr effects have to be used "carefully", they can easily ruin a image
The hair actually has less to do with outlines but using the right brush tops (i made my own for that to add a layer of little dots) and smudge and stroke effects, you can actually "pull" hair shapes that way, the sheen effects (just a stroke of my light color + smudge) really help to improve it
Hehe and right with the wings, i'll best think about where to add them and where not, but they really do well for a comical effect on a biiiig danny ^..^
*giggles* and yea that's one scared cake ^..^

That just cool. I love the idea from the left top to the rigth bothem. And it gives you a little of a demonic / evil / powerful hutner impression. Mainly because of the eyes. Hehe. now I just image what would happen of I would pick up that cake to put it back on the taible it droped from in rigth that momment. I guess you eigth swallow me with the cake or make me feed you while pinning down. heh Admiration for the hungry dragon <3
