Yep, that's Simon again.
A sort of followup to this piece.

While it seems to be the worst situation Simon has ever gotten in while in a female disguise, it actually may not be as naughty as it looks.
I mean Alvin is in a robe and Simon is also clothed (lingerie counts.)
this may just be the joke at the end of an episode with Alvin teasing his brother about him being TOO convincing as a girl and maybe next time he won't be able to control his romantic urges.
Simon of course is swearing he'll never dress up as a girl again (unless needed for the script.)
The bigger questions are still how the heck did Simon manage to get into that outfit and shape and how the heck did he manage to walk anywhere in those shoes?
