I had a lot of cleaning up to do today and I found this old thing again.
I drew this when I was....twelve? A little more than a decade ago.

This was the first image I drew where I told myself that I would grow up and be an artist.
I remember when I told my father, he asked me if I knew what a "starving artist" was. I don't think he was trying to dash my dreams, but he wanted me to be realistic.

But who's making at least a partial living drawing cartoons now, Dad!
