The post is perfect for the amount of wing spand. Do these kinds of costume designs excist or did you make them up? Ever thought about being in fashion design?

brilliant, simply brilliant..
i have to confess that i have a soft side for big, batty wings, and this is by far the most excellent example i do believe i ever have seen.

i suppose you really don't need critique on that, since, well, you probably have gotten quite a lot of it over time.

oh, and i simply love the legs.. they are a really nice touch to the pic as a whole.

all this is seconded by the fact that this is a traditional inked drawing - and a very nice one too. the lines look very clear, thin and accurate, thus making it possible to add a tol of detail, which you definitly do.

so... yeah, i positively love this. please accept my congratulations, even thou you say that this is a very old piece of work.
