Funny, my first thought is.. what's that reflected in his eye? O_o Yeah I like to be different.. in a tangent sort of way.. like.. way out there!

Actually it's a different part of the same background image I used! I felt like doing something interesting with the reflection.
I clip out a square section of the image, use the Distort > Spherise tool, adjust the curves to make the contrast greater, then cut the centre out with a circular selection tool, shrink it down, and set the layer to Screen. Then move it over the eye and erase any bits that don't fir the visible area of the eye.
Easy.
