To this wuff's way of thinking, there are far too few stories of this sort in the fandom. Vargr really enjoys exploring the interaction between fur and human. Thanks for posting, and this wuff is looking forward to reading the subsequent chapters!

this is an interesting story.

I'm not going to make to many comments on it since I haven't read the other chapters at this point, other than to say it might need some formatting, we're getting a few "?" here and there

Nice read, I'll have to check the other chapters later on. I find it strange that a person human or otherwise would offer up their time, help, and home to help out a stranger. Devon could be a criminal for all they know or he could alert other humans to the presence of these strange creatures. This creature is offering up his help without the promise of material gain or he is not thinking about the consequences of allowing this human into his life? I guess I'm a cynic at heart but you have me intrigued, I guess I'll just have to read more about Max and Devon.

good questions. :) As most big cats, they have those "sences" that can detect fear, dis-intent, etc. , also that the Max caracter here has a service shop for public, its very well known within the local community. This starts off as that Devon , who was isolated from the outside world in the far north, never knew of the big cats becoming civilized and opening up to the lifestyles of man, to live in peace & harmony with them.
