Lothian Lux was born in the city, the son of a gene-spliced father with snow leopard traits and a human mother from the city. He grew up poor and seeing his father only rarely. His mother kept his childhood full of joy and music, and taught him the basics of playing piano and guitar.

Lothian Lux grew up to become a professionally trained musician, skilled at playing guitar, saxophone, violin and piano. While he can sing beautifully, he chooses not to, and tends to write songs for a female voice or no voice at all.

While studying with a master musician in the great forest, he began dabbling in mysticism. He learned to weave the elements of light, flame and summoning into the very music, manifesting and controlling them as he played. This caught the eye of strange forces which sought to use him to their end. Lothian repelled the forces that once, but has been tested more than once with variable results. Though he has never succumbed fully to their desires, he has found himself tempted by sex, power, anger, and most strongly fame. He tries to remain humble in spite of his success in the city's music industry.

Lothian Lux is now a trend setting leader in the music industry. His dark subject mater and haunting musical scores attract droves of followers to his shows. His shows interwoven with magical special effects dazzle onlookers wary of his true power and ignorant to it alike.
