Free Pixel cutey for  PartyWithMaracas !!!

Im still trying to figure out how to make this icon sized without having it completely blurred ;-; any help?

I LOVED doing this ;v; shes so cute and pixels are so fun, though they are hard, tedious and take a lot of time
Im still working out my method of doing these, so let me know what you think of this one! I think ill keep the white boarders, and I like the colored outlines but maybe you all think black/gray outlines are better? Im also going to try and figure out how to do a transparent background, but found out I cant do that on my version of SAI ;-;
