My kitty Gandalf was featured in the Cat-A-Day calender last month. I wanted to get a nice picture of him next to his page, but Gandalf does NOT like to be held or restrained, and it was like trying to hang on to a squirmy, furry eel with one hand. This was the best picture we could get, and you can tell he's annoyed about being held.
The calender photo was taken in the back yard-- he have big power lines right behind the house that made for a dramatic image.

your kitty looks almost exactly like my kitty, she has a small diamond patch on her forehead and also doesnt like to be held for longer then 10 seconds and gets squirmy, it almost seems like its a trait of our breed of cat.. i should take pictures of mines and post them too
He looks just like my old cat Sox, though her fur was slightly longer and she didn't have as much white on her stomach.
She lived to the ripe old age of 19! Always loved a cuddle, drooled when she was happy and never grew out of the manic 'run-around-at-top-speed-for-no-reason' habit
