Took a trip this past weekend with 
wolfoftheredrose to hike, camp, and photograph the fall foliage at the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia.
Had a terrrrrrrible morning the second day which included: driving a combined 40 minutes in the wrong direction, almost hitting dear...twice, running over a skunk (it was him or me, and my car still stinks), and having no good chance at shooting the sunset despite getting up at 5am. Was worried how the rest of the day was going to go.
Thankfully, my 4-5 best photos were captured later that day and totally made up for it. This shot being the least of the bunch. Still like this shot a lot though. Will have to think about prints.
Huh...did they disable the ability to upload larger images by using the "change submission file" feature? FA's rescaling brutalizes the image =X
