Even he doesn't know what he is. Neu here is a shapeshifter who isn't the best at what he does. Like lets say he turns into a lion. He might get the color wrong. Or the tail. He's never gotten any form 100% right. And yup he's diapered. And no matter what form he takes the diaper transforms with him. Percy...well he likes to maim things and eat things. Anything.Especially pesky people that go door to door. Nue's bag is an interesting thing in that it has pocket space in it. So Nue can fit anything in there.
