this is Victory the hedgehog, she used to be Gear's girlfriend but when mephiles sucumbed into the darkness totaly, he thought that a Metal/Energy chaos controler maybe could be usefull in his plan to evoke the tremendous power of the flames of dissaster and do the will of Dark. When Victory wasn't controled by Mephiles influence she was a very kindly person, a lovely girlfiend, but when she was inlfuenced by the control of Mephiles she converted into a blood cold type person with the only objective in mind, obey all Mephiles wishes, and one of those wishes was destroy Gear the Hedgehog.
