So I have wanted an Otter OC for a very long time. I have finally decided to make one. He is a fat and has moobs but still very mobile. He it quite a lazy one. He carries around a rock on a necklace so he doesn't have to find a new one each time he want to open some clams. However, that in itself can sometimes be challenging even with his rock as they sometimes bounce off his fat and hit him in the head.

I, someday, want to have a fursuit of him made becuase I have always wanted an otter fursuit. I am hoping he stays with me as a primary OC. Evest and Velvet would not make the best fursuit, in my opinion due to their lack of anthro characteristics.
