An idea for a Desert cat rifleman, a nomad warrior living on the fringes of civilization alongside his other tribesmen. They would be living a harsh life, surviving in the ancient deserts, hunting game, occasionally trading with other travelers and the sprawling modern cities every now then.
In battle they would rely on guerrilla tactics, ambushing patrols and hit-and-run tactics rather than engage in a prolonged firefight, that being said they do have the discipline and the stamina necessary to fight on the frontlines along side a more conventional fighting force.
Their own equipment would consist of innumerable weapons of all epochs. from steel scimitars to the latest automatic rifle, making them flexible and formidable fighters on the battlefield.
Been trying to come up designs for a race of cat-like people for a long time now, partly inspired by the Khajiit from the Elder Scrolls series.
But I'm trying to come with a name for the species and the type of culture and society they would have, which is gradually coming together.
