(Trade) - "Sleepy-Time For Flynn"
It's about time I finished this one, considering I started it over a month ago!
Man, I really dislike doing dark scenes like this. They always take forever, because not only do I spend a LOT more time on the drawing filling in dark areas, I also have to think about where shadows fall, and I don't think I got this one 100% right as far as tone goes. Digital art certainly has the upper hand here.
But in any case, I do like the way this turned out. It's for a very special friend, my cub
FlyingAnimeWolf, and it's his OC Flynn. This picture was based on an RP we did where Flynn and Vector Scamp are at an adult foal store, and Vector takes Flynn back to the nap area which is in a dark room with cribs along the walls. Those two plushies are Seccy (the thing from Monsters vs. Aliens) and GiGi (an adorable giraffe plushie he bought at work). The OCs in the window are, from left to right, White, Vector, Skydiver, and Kogo.
