Isn't he just so precious?!?!?! Axel was a bad boy a while back and this is his punishment. To be dressed up in a frilly dress for Halloween (only cause it is 2 days away lol) The punishment seems to be serving its course though. He certainly doesn't seem to be enjoying it! Maybe he will think twice before attacking someone again.
