to run or fly, that is a definite question, but to run requires land. and flight requires some form of air or otherwise...to choose one is to damned yourself should the needed elements be gone to do one or other..but to bless you should the one not needed fade...the decision is...rather than flying or running. do you want to live or die.

Run, as long as some form of amazing jump ability came with it, though depending on method, flying used to simply skim across the ground while upright would be useful, and would provide a much more stable firing platform than running would.

not realy at that velocity the updraft from your own velocity would make you run up the building

yeah but that would only happen if i was paying attention and you would gradually have to start going up because your forward Momentum would still make you go forward. Momentum can't turn on a dime.
