Oh my goodness, "The Price" is my most favorite Neil Gaiman short story ever. I can't watch that right now or I'll burst into ridiculous amounts of tears (as I usually do when I read the story), but I had REALLY been looking forward to seeing this final animation! A friend of mine gave me the poster for it, it's got great art.
They go together quite well! The ink is water proof, which is actually to my advantage in this case. After I paint the black ink into the background, I usually need to adjust my values of the rest of it, making it richer and darker. If the ink were water soluble I wouldn't be able to do that, but yay India Ink! <3
