Well not really anythin' much different here other than slight variations of what was cooked but since I haven't made you critters drool over one'a m'steak dinners in awhile thought I'd share this beauty with ya that I made fer m'dinner t'night... ;)

ingredients:
1 steak
a rub of Laurey's season salt
a few shakes of Moore's marinade
1 small can of 'Dawn Fresh' mushroom steak sauce
a couple of leftover baked potatoes from a previous dinner
a couple thin slices of tomato
1 tblspn. of sour cream
a light splinkling of fiesta cheese blend
a few shakes of parsley

directions:
This particular steak was placed on the skillet ta fry after the skillet was given a couple shakes of Moore's marinade an let it b'gin a bubble/boil after ya give a steak a few shakes an rub with the Laury's season salt.

let steak fry an apply a basting of the mushroom steak sauce as it cooks, moniter ta preferences.

the scalloped potatoes where actuallyy left over baked potatoes from a previous dinner that m'roomie Ramseys reheated after cuttin'em up then skillet fried with some oil.

just ladled some of the mushroom steak sauce over top'a'em then dolloped a big tablespoon of sour cream over that, gave it a light sprinklin'a cheese an a couple shakes of parsley, added a couple tomato slices an served... :)

Hope this jus' further shows ya that a giant texan werewolf knows how ta leave ta droolin' over a steak dinner... an if ya like how it looks then by all means go fer givin' this a try... sure did satisfy this ol' werewolf! AhROOOO! ;)
