Most large complex facilities have doors that are always locked, especially in basements. I remember running across some of those during late nights at my office while I was a grad student. What's behind them, we wonder? Too bad I never got good at lockpicking.

Did he write for them? The writing there is a real grab bag..some of them are great, but some are pretty awful. They have a new column now, "Booze Pig", about some low-life's adventures with his chain drinking friends in the worst dives in Maricopa county...I guess if they want to be a paper for everyone, pieces like that have a place.
Very, very funny. So... different. Very unique approach to the theme. The story is short, but I laughed out loud in the end. A maze and a minotaur. Of course your talent in writing makes this very enjoyable, as the basic idea is actually pretty simple and even a bit farfetched. But the subject is handled with good humor, resulting the story to relate something very everyday and something very unusual, from the old legends. Great little piece, I truly enjoyed reading this.
