This character is old to me, but new to you all! :D This is Meisha the Sheep. She is pretty country-ish, and is pretty much a gossiper/news reporter on things that is based on Meranii and her crew, including the A.C.I. (Animal Crossbreed Inspection).

Everyone thinks that she is very annoying except for those that watch her gossip show and except for Lideona.

Instead of wearing her bow-tie all the time, she occasionally wears her brown cowboy hat.
