Toony Vernon Fenwick MS Paint Again^^ i used my new figure of him as a ref PS. the figure itself was old i got it as a gift from a sister from a website i took it out of the box and the person who sold it left the 3.97 price tag on it but it was at least 27.99 plus extra shipping at least i did not pay but sorry my sister had to pay for something more then what they did
even though it was collectible it's like people leave the old tag on to spite lol~~
