What to say, I put this together with the help of my brother  corruptedwaffles who is in the outfit in the picture. he bought the scarf and mask, and provided the clothes, I provided the gun and grunged out the clothes. I won't reveal my secret for making clothes look worn or.. in this case shotgun blasted. no I didn't shoot it I swear.

Anyway, the lore is this for anyone interested:

in the fallout universe, he was a boomer who crawled out of the vault (pip boy build in progress, thats why he doesn't have it on). He joined the NCR and climbed the ladder into the first recon. he was one of the people who were to fight in the first battle of the hoover damn. I don't think he did, he isn't ptsd or messed up so I think he got sick or did the guys, my stomache hurts trick (10 points for anyone who gets that reference).

I being the illustrious scavenger that I am, came across him in my travels..er more like he came across me. good thing he is a terrible shot. I'll be keeping him around so long as his pip boy works, because fallowing the sun hurts my eyes.

keep in mind its a last minute halloween build and I did it in about 4 hours. well, that and he didn't want his clothes to be completely decimated. just minimum wear and tear.
