Why am I never satisfied with anything I ever make? I mean, I don't think this song sucks, but it still sucks. You know what I mean?
Also, if you listen, please leave a comment. Not getting any comments at all when I put a song up is rather discouraging. I know it isn't as easy to comment on a song as it is to take a quick peek at a picture and say, "Excellent work!", but I would certainly appreciate it. :)

Reminds me of 8-bit megaman themes with all the saw synths goin on there. I like the composition a lot!
I have a few complaints to though, mostly balance. Everything sounds so loud that it's a bit muddied. And I can barely hear the drums! Bring those and the lead out, leave the bass were it is, tone down the string pad. Maybe put some overdrive and compression on the drums, they sound bland the way they are right now. Trying panning stuff out more to, from how it sounds now everything is mostly in the center. The piano accents would be great to pan out, like the lower on the right, the higher part on the left, maybe even go so far as to add a delay on it. A little more work in the mixer will go along way on this.
Anyway, most musicians are never satisfied. I know I'm not, but you just have to learn when it's done and to let it go. Don't get discourged from lack of comments either - I don't get a whole lot of comments but I know it's because I'm not whoring my music out on the forums or shouting about it on other peoples page. It's rare anyone on here has much talent in music, so keep it up!

Thanks for the comment! I've been trying to work on those things mentioned, and I'm only just starting to get the hang of it. This song was actually finished a while ago, and to be honest I didn't really bother to touch things up too much. Those are some good suggestions, though, and I think I may put them to use! :D
You're definitely one of my favourite musicians on FA. I wish I had that kind of talent; instead I'm stuck basically writing for piano with relatively lame chord structures due to a lack of harmonic understanding.
This piece sounds really cool -- I could probably listen to this kind of thing for quite a while.
