Very good story you have there. I think you would have a highly paranoid yote after that.

Hmmm now that could be an interesting idea too... Now if the officer was not the most ethical one, that could add a real twist to it.

Actually, and I may be revealing too much here, said investigator would be on the straight and narrow, potentially learning that there's even more to Void than the urban legends, in that there is both more and less truth to the tales he'd heard than he'd imagined.

Say, do you like writing realistic fiction, as I guess you'd call it (if that makes sense when all the characters are furries)? I write stories of that sort---you could also call them historical fiction, because I borrow heavily from history, often patterning the villains after either the Nazis or the Soviets. Not all of my stories are war stories, but fighting usually plays a large part. I was wondering if perhaps we might like to collaborate on a story sometime. I could provide the illustrations and the text could be placed in the description to the picture. What do you think?

Please be aware, though, I don't always have access to the Internet. Currently we have no regular internet service at home (and I'm not even at home now---I'm at my Grandma's house using my Dad's cell phone as a WiFi router as I do at home when he lets me.) So if we do anything together, it may be a bit slow.

"Realistic fiction", if I'm interpreting you right, is something I do periodically. Most of my works on here I would usually classify as fantasy/low-fantasy, or urban fantasy, AKA there is almost always some "fantastical" element involved, just a matter of how prevalent and how outside the norm, though incorporating as much realism as feasible within the fantasy. When it comes to just writing "modern" or historical fiction, I could do that, though I'm not really much of a historical person.

However, I would be very interested in discussing potential future collaboration, as that sounds like a fun idea.
