The english Translation for the dialogue:

Ánima: Care to tell me what's the meaning of "THIS"?!
Krajil: well, since today is halloween, I thought that you would want to have a nice costume for the occasion, y'know, something to draw some attention...
Ánima: so you decide to dress me like- ?
Krajil: As a Witch! isn't that obvious?
