Say hello to one of my two new fursonas.
Once upon a time in Mexico, there was an orphan girl named Sofia, who for some unknown reason, hated pumpkins. Every Halloween, she would smash every Jack-o-Lantern she saw and run off before anyone could catch her.
One Halloween, she came across a pumpkin patch and the sight made her furious. "Pumpkins! I HATE PUMPKINS," she screamed as she began stomping on them. Before she could smash the final pumpkin, she was caught by an old woman.
"So...you hate pumpkins, do you?" the old woman asked. "Well maybe this will teach you respect!" She waved her hands as a blast of magical energy zapped Sofia, engulfing her in a green light. When the light died down, Sofia fell to her knees, and opened her eyes. "Ay.....Ay Dios Mio!" she screamed in horror, as she saw her young teenage body has turned into a mature, anthropomorphic wolf with orange fur on her torso, white fur that resembled leggings, and glowing green eyes.
"Consider this a gift and a curse," the old witch cackled. "You have been blessed with special spiritual powers, but until you can learn to appreciate the gifts of the pumpkin, you'll be stuck in this form." In a blinding flash, the witch vanished.
Sofia was in shock, but fell in love with her new appearance. "I miss being a human, but I feel so powerful in this new form," she thought to herself. "But I need a name to go with my look. Hmmm...I shall be known as the "Pumpkin Wolf," Lupé Calebaza.
To this day, she wanders throughout Mexico, protecting pumpkin patches from mischievous children who destroy this symbol of Halloween.
