Well, this makes sense, since to get the Cosplay Pikachu inspired by ORAS in GPX+, you can take any female Pikachu, and turn it into one of the 5 Cosplay Pikachu forms that you have cosplay kit for that conptest stat. Getting the cosplay kits are are pain in GPX+ though... you have to win the weekly Pokehunt contests until you get the one you want... :C
