Played it 100% her items were kind of interesting, but the clothes themselves had nothing special unless I missed that bit.

The dialogue for when the pirate master awakens (he says something like "You wear my face as a trophy?"), and the fact that after that scene Risky no longer has the skull pattern on her clothes.
