Nopony born three thousand years ago would've lived a fifth as long as your Granny Smith, I can tell you that. Why does nopony ever thank me for the extended lifespan?"

Return of Harmony, Part 1: Celestia says that Discord ruled in an "eternal" state of chaos, so we may assume that his reign was at least comparable in duration to Celestia's own lifespan (which, per Friendship is Magic Part 1 and 2, is at least a thousand years). I called this "hundreds of years" on the assumption that a time more than an order of magnitude shorter than her life wouldn't be called "eternal" by Celestia. Caveat: She could've just been being poetic, especially given that the "thousand years" between King Sombra's defeat and the Crystal Empire's return can't be the same length of time as Nightmare Moon's thousand-year imprisonment, unless Luna didn't actually participate in Sombra's defeat.
2. Twilight states in Winter Wrap Up that Ponyville's Winter Wrap Up traditions have been around "for hundreds of years".
3. Granny Smith states in Family Appreciation Day that she was among the settlers who founded Ponyville.
From these, we can determine that either Granny Smith is at least 200 years old, or one or both of them is factually mistaken.
