Scrap/Doodle: Back to digital and OC6
Well I've upgraded to OC6 (got it in a steam sale). And so far I think I like it, although it is a bit different. The last version I was using was 4 so there have been a few interface changes. But I really like the pen tool this time around, it makes lines feel really right so I might try a bit of clean line work soon. Anyway this is my first small stab at the program.

For what I was using it for yes, although I have not tried it extensively yet. I put down a base later, did some quick lighting on a dark square, and used the magic wand to cut it out with the shape of the base layer. Simple test but it provided nice clean lines with few if any annoying artifacts.
*checks records* Yeah the haloween sale had it 10% off and I got it for 44.99. Better than nothing and I don't expect to see it like 50% off anytime soon. I was looking at buying it sooner rather than later regardless of sales and 10% was enough to jump on it.
