This was a spur of a moment fan art for Lord Cooler from the anime Dragon Ball Z.

Of all the characters in that anime, Lord Cooler is my favorite. It is most unfortunate, in my opinion, that he only shows up in two moves, and a couple of cameos in another movie and one episode in Dragon Ball GT. In addition, I find it saddening that his 6th form, which I find to be totally bad ass, is on for less that ten minutes and that every other time Lord Cooler is shown, save for the 1.2 second cameo in that one episode of Dragon Ball GT, he is in some other form that looks like a carbon copy of his brother Frieza, only with a color pallet change. LOL. ^\/^.

Also in my opinion, I find him to be better than Frieza, by whom, is about as over hyped and shoved in our faces as Cell Perfect form and any character that is a male Saiyan. Lord Cooler would probably show up in the Dragon Ball Z games more often if not for the designers thinking that the available space for a character slot is best taken up by characters like 'Vegeta with Scanner', 'Preteen Gohan', 'Teen Gohan', 'Goku with Purple Outfit', 'Beach Day Krillin', 'Sunday School Gohan', 'Picnic Day Barbie' or some other variation of a character with either a slight difference in age and / or outfit. A slight difference in the same character should not take up an entire new slot that can fit another character. Heck, there are people that don't mind playing as Appule, and he lasted even less and had less screen time than Lord Cooler. LOL. ^\/^.
