Artists Rights
I reserve the right to post and display the image online, unless discussed beforehand.

Commissioners Rights
As the commissioner your free to post and share your picture as much or as little as you'd like. As long as it is linked back to me in someway eg. my icon (:icon bec449:) with out the gap or a link to the original picture.


Payment
No commission will be started until payment has been received. no exceptions.
You have 24 hours from the time of commissions me to pay before the spot is .forfeited and given to some one else. This includes YCH commissions.
Payment is accepted through paypal and in AUD only.
NO refunds will be issued on completed drawings. All payments are final.
I do NOT accept e-checks


Time Taken
Because i am a part time student, the time it takes for a commission to be done varies, It can range from being done the day after, to being done a month after paying. As a rule of thumb please allow 2-4 weeks for it to be completed. After a few weeks your more than welcome to drop me an e-mail or Note to ask about it. But don't fret if its not up and posted the week of paying.
I will provide WIP (work in progress) images upon request.


What I Wont Draw
Humans/ humanoid characters
Sexual art. (unless its a YCH)
Characters with exceptionally complicated designs.
