I already drew a few pics with Aria, and I have more Gardevoirs/Gallades across my games, so I figured I'd draw them too. From left to right:

Melody the Mega-Gardevoir, from Kalos. The words 'compassion', 'kindness' and 'elegance' sum her up perfectly. She prefers to stay in her Mega Form, except when she's asleep (it'd be awkward to wear her jewellery to bed, after all).
Gladius the Gallade, from Sinnoh. Being raised in the cold rugged mountains of Sinnoh helped him to become the strong, energetic and adventurous Gallade he is today.
Aria the Gardevoir, from Hoenn. He's shy and soft-spoken, but very friendly and loyal. He's happiest with friends who love him for who he is, and away from those who would bully him for his feminine looks and timid personality.
And on the far right, Skeppio their loving trainer, aka me. :3

What can I say, I like making characters, even if I don't end up using them for anything bigger. :P
