Very cool. You did a wonderful job with this.

I really like the overall look and composition to the entire picture, with you doing a great job at integrating so many elements in a cohesive manner.
Things like the chains and floating pentagram enhance the mysticism behind Halloween, and the blending in of traditional elements such as the black cat, pumpkins, witch on a broom and the full moon, solidify that correlation nicely. I also love the webbed wings on the bats, giving them an even creepier look.

The only thing I'm confused about, is what he's holding in his hand.

The character looks great. The musculature, posture and expression, all come together nicely in capturing a lot of personality. I love the overall colors and the cape and belt nicely complete that Halloween feel.
