Introducing the latest in my line of patented "cute but scowling lesbians" series, Hex.
See, for my birthday last week, I bought myself a DS and Pokemon Pearl, and have since learned that Luxrays are LOVE! Seriously, it's like someone at Game Freak reached into my brain and made a Pokemon specifically designed to make me happy in my hoohoo, and THEN made them kick seven or eight different shades of ass to boot!
So, in tribute to the lovely lioness who's been my primary butt-whumper, I decided to make a Luxray girl of my own...however, my in-game Luxray is named "Jynx," which is another type of Pokemon altogether, so I decided to give her counterpart my ersatz Pokesona's name instead. I'm debating if I'll make her shiny, though, since the normal colors are SOOO sexy.
Hex is the power hitter and lead/rhythm guitarist for Team Eightball, a solid mid-level team who fares much better as a rock/metal/soul band. Moody and standoffish, the only time she really seems to relax is when she's onstage, pouring her blood and soul into her music (her Quick Claw hold item doubles as a guitar pick), and that southpaw axe of hers is the only thing without a pulse that she holds sacred and beloved.
An orphan attending the PCA on scholarship, nobody outside the faculty knows her as anything but "Hex," which is just the way she likes it. While she's a bit of a man-hater, neither trusting nor particularly liking anyone with a Y chromosome, her bandmates have been steadily pulling her out of her shell; still she has a wicked temper and a lethal loyalty to her team and her music. Insult either, and you WILL be sorry, if not by her hands, than by those of the rest of the band.
She's also horribly self-conscious about her natural Luxray "butt fluff" for some reason...mentioning that is a sure way of getting Thunder-ed into a pile of ash, too.
I know there are about a million things wrong with her guitar, but it was admittedly only my second concern.
