Walk into a clinic like that with a cough, get a doctor calling for a gallon or so of saline, and let misadventures begin. This screams inflation all over the place. And given its a chest clinic, I wonder how big a pair of tits she'll be leaving with.

Well this is going to get disproportionately blown up beyond both the strength and scope of her grasp, both mentally and physically...I can quite say I see this ballooning quite out of control at a rather inflated speed.
