Well ya can blame  shubert fer this lil' creation!

Last time I made a salad an posted it he was jokin'ly lookin' around through it ta find some steak since I mostly torture y'all with steak-themed foods mostly... an since I had never seen or heard'a anybody makin' a steak-themed salad after thinkin' about it, thought I'd try my paw at makin' one so here it is... a peppersteak salad!

ingredients:
1 small grillin' steak
1 large pawful of 'power greens'
1/2 bag of field lettuce
3 slices of white onion
1/2 tomato (sliced up)
1/2 cucumber (sliced up)
1 pawful of fiesta cheese blend
some Marie's creamy ranch dressing
red wine vinegar
Moore's Marinade
Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasonings
Laurey's season salt
sunflower seeds

directions:

1.) take small grillin' steak an give it a good rub with the Laurey's season salt then slice inta thin strips. In a small grillin' skillet give a few shakes of the Moore's marinade an let this come ta a bubble then add the steak strips an give'em a few shakes of pepper while it's cookin'... brown ta preferences.

2.) in large salad bowl place a pawful of the power greens an field lettuce an add some of the fiesta cheese then douse liberally with the red wine vinegar an mix well. add the onions, cukes an tomatoes then douse with more red wine an a few shakes of the Mrs. Dash garlic & herb, some more cheese an sunflower seeds

3.) in the center spread out a layer of the creamy ranch dressing then top with the pepper steak strips.
