Tanks did this for me a year and change ago, maybe two years now. I thought she had it uploaded and I had it favorited, but apparently I didn't fav it and her gallery here is massive since she draws a ton! xDAnyhow, this piece was one of two concept pieces for the Fyrilan female. The second piece was done at the same time and the artists both did them from text only, as I had no references at the time! Its pretty cool to see how different, yet similar, they turned out.
Ultimately I leaned more toward the other design, but Tanks did a marvelous job with the frill/hood [however you prefer to call it!] that just can't be beaten by the other design.
